Shenandoah Lodge VA Fall Wedding

Shenandoah Lodge is gorgeous year round but the Fall foliage is exceptional! Fall in Virginia is hit or miss but it was in full swing at the end of October when I had not one but two weddings. I can’t believe how many leaves are still on the trees for Angelina and Evan’s wedding. Above all, the temperatures have been surreal. I figured I would be bundling up but that hasn’t been the case.

Angelina and Evan had their dream lakeside ceremony amongst the orange, yellows and browns of the leaves with clouds overcast. This is 100% the best way to have a wedding at the Shenandoah Lodge. When Angelina selected her wedding gown, she sent me a video of the dress and the train in all its glory! To say I was excited was an understatement, her dress was gorgeous! But that message came through in March and I had to wait until the end of October to see her in it! It was tough but so worth the wait!

Angelina and Evan have known one another since grade school and are as some would say, FINALLY married. They exchanged personal vows which got everyone emotional. They had the absolute best wedding day and I am so honored to have been a part of it! Here is a glimpse into their special day.
