Today’s blog post features Belle Grove in Middletown. It is a beautiful historical site and a rustic wedding venue. The grounds host views of the mountains and a barn for the reception. Belle Grove knows it has everything a couple could want for their special day. With that in mind, they commissioned an amazing team of talented local vendors to create a whimsical and colorful editorial shoot to showcase the venues attributes!
We started our “wedding day” off in the old Office & Supplies building which has been converted to a comfortable space for the couple to get ready for their day or even stay the night! Olivia, our bride for the day, had her hair styled by Leo of The Leo Touch and makeup done by Amy from Merle Norman Winchester, for a flawless natural look. She then slipped into her stunning Justin Alexander Sweetheart Collection gown provided by The Valley Bride.
Sam, our groom, and Olivia’s ceremony was held in the front lawn with the mountain views in the background. The circular arch and colorful ribbons gave this epic landscape a pop of color.
We then moved on to bridal portraits, which have to be some of my favorite to date! These two are adorable and made the front of the plantation all the more spectacular! We held cocktail hour in the back lawn with the most delicious food, including a charcuterie board and champagne to celebrate! Looks delectable right?!
However, the reception space was the showstopper of the day! The design elements reached from floor to ceiling carrying the theme throughout. Samantha Floral Design’s vision came to life with the help of Michelle’s Main Event’s, coordination, and execution. Simliarly, no detail was left out from the calligraphy seating chart from Nicole Walsh Design to the furniture provided by Delightfully Yours Winchester. To top it off, Caresse LLC provided a welcome sign and table numbers to help guests find their seats!
Similarly, the entrance to the reception leads to pops of color throughout. With a hanging floral chandelier and carefully selected items to bring joy and happiness to all who were there! Grand Event Center provided the tables, chairs, colorful linens, and flatware. But no reception is complete without a three-tier wedding cake provided by Tiers of Heaven.
The vendors that came together to make this shoot possible are hands down amazing at what they do and a complete dream team to work with! In addition, J.R. Murray Productions provided video coverage [Click Here for Video] of the entire day to document the amazing vendors and the stunning couple.
Every aspect of Belle Grove is set up for the most ideal wedding. Best of all, the close proximity of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one location to allow guests to enjoy their experience and keep it as low stress for the couple as possible. Above all, it’s located off the beaten path and allows for seclusion along with the tall trees aiding in sun coverage keeping your guest comfortable.
In conclusion, I could not be more pleased with the group of vendors and how every detail came together with the joyful color that we all need in our lives right now. Above all, if you are engaged, please look no further then these amazing vendors to help make your day perfect!
