Heather is a class of 2019 senior graduating from James Madison University next month with her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. She aspires to be a nurse and plans to continue her education to get her LPN. So it only makes sense that her favorite classes are her health classes. I am so glad that she enjoys that because it would not be for me, especially biology.
When she isn’t in class or studying she enjoys going on hikes in Harrisonburg. If the weather is nice, she enjoys visiting downtown shops. Heather said her favorite senior memory has been and is preparing for graduation, which I completely understand. The weeks between finals and graduation were the best. The stress and pressure are lifted from your shoulders and your weightless. It’s an amazing feeling of accomplishment and pride.
Receiving her Bachelor’s is only a stepping stone and there are future classes, deadlines, and tests in Heather’s future because she plans to continue on for her Master’s in Nursing. But for now she is only focusing on celebrating her accomplishment and enjoying the summer. She has a few things on her bucket list like skydiving, which is crazy! However, she also wants to travel and some of the places she wants to visit are Greece, Ireland, and Spain.
The sky is literally the limit for Heather. She is an amazing young lady who will accomplish everything she sets her mind too. I am so honored that I was able to capture this time in her life. She is so sweet and stunning, she could be a model with her natural beauty!
