6 Pastures in Winchester Virginia is where Taylor and Trey will exchange vows and become husband wife next year. So it only seemed fitting to capture their engagement session there with their pup Paisley. Taylor and Trey were both first year teachers in the same county at a summer training program. They were introduced because they would be working in the same school. Taylor is a Physical Education teacher and Trey is a Special Education teacher. In addition to teaching they both help coach. Trey football and Taylor cheerleading.

Taylor and Trey started off as friends for a while, hanging out in group settings but they first official date was at a winery. They started dating in February of 2022 and Taylor recalls knowing at Easter that he Trey was the one. Trey had invited Taylor to Hilton Head, South Carolina where his parents live. Taylor had met them previously but over that weekend she really got to know his whole family. It wasn’t long before they were officially dating that Trey knew Taylor was the one.

In December of 2022 he proposed! Trey and Taylor had traveled to Hilton Head, SC to spend Christmas with Trey’s parents. Taylor’s parents were going to down for a couple of days as well. On December 23rd, they had dinner plans at a restaurant called Coast. The guys left first to go “grab drinks” while the girls were getting ready. Taylor recalls knowing something was up because everyone was acting weird. She shared that she had butterflies in her stomach on the ride over because she had an inkling of what was about to happen.

The girls grabbed their drinks at the bar before everyone headed down to the long board walk path to the beach. When Taylor made her was down, she saw Trey standing with a sign in the sand that says, “Marry Me.” They celebrated afterwards with family around and can’t wait to celebrate even more next year when they become husband and wife at 6 Pastures.
