Huntly Virginia is breathtaking! I thought I was in Charlottesville for Heather and Anthony’s engagement session. I was so excited when I arrived for the backdrop for these two but also sad because it is a family friends property. Heather and Anthony knew who one another were but met in person at their favorite brewery, Death Ridge! Heather recalls it being love at first sight. They haven’t spend a weekend without each other since they met!

Heather knew Anthony was the one when his love for food matched hers. He is down to eat 10x a day just like Heather. Secondly, both of their families are from the same town in West Virginia. Heather shares that Fairmont, WV has always been her safe space with her family and to find out that Anthony was from there was a huge smack in the face that he is the one!

Last year in December they planned a trip to Gatlinburg, TN for a mini vacation. They enjoyed the holiday decor and snuggled up in a cabin in the mountains with their dog, Tucker! Mid morning on the back porch of their cabin Anthony proposed with the mountain views. Heather recalls not being able to stop smiling the rest of the trip and even after that! I can’t wait for their wedding this year surround by more mountain views similar to Huntly, Virginia!
